| The paper gives a historical perspective on the development of administrative and tort proceedings in the customs legislation of Russia. The author notes a consistent positive trend in the development of such proceedings that has enabled the legislator to incorporate the rules of procedure of administrative tort proceedings in the current legislation on administrative offences. |
