| The article discusses some features of the forensic psychiatric examinations of persons suspected of pedophilia. The problem of pedophilia is considered from a medical point of view, as a disease. We identify the factors that contribute to the commission of illegal acts against minors and require analysis. The objectives of forensic psychiatric examination are detailed. |
