| Administrative responsibility plays a significant role in maintaining law and order. The development of legislation on administrative offenses should lead to the resolution of accumulated internal and external contradictions. There is a need to search for and legislatively consolidate the relations that exist between administrative responsibility and other types of legal responsibility. |
