Abstract

The article examines the current problems of ensuring the right to the well-being of the individual, analyzes the concept of well-being, analyzes the dynamics of appeals to the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation for 2016-2021. in order to identify the most pressing problems for citizens, the solution of which will contribute to strengthening the well-being of the individual, proposals were formulated to improve legislation and law enforcement practice.
