The article considers the administrative legal norms influencing the legal relations between the subjects and public authorities in the context of the transport complex security. Particular attention is paid to the specific features of legal norms in the structure of the administrative legal regulation mechanism in the sphere of transport security. The author gives her own classification of them, depending on the time of the threat or the unlawful acts of interference into the transport activities; on the kind of impact and types of the main safety tasks on transport; on their functions in the mechanism of administrative legal regulation; on the subjects of lawmaking and subjects-addressees; on the types of practical implementation of the established measures system. The proposed classification will help to implement the administrative legal norms more effectively and comprehensively and to form a uniform practice of their application by subjects of transport security.
