Abstract

The expediency of introducing a bill to the State Duma aimed at combating bullying in schools and preventing bullying with the subsequent development and adoption of a State program for the prevention of bullying and the creation of a unified standard for the prevention of bullying and administrative responsibility of schools for their non-compliance is analyzed.
