| The article deals with the relevance of the application of incentive measures to good faith of controlled persons. The main types of incentive measures to good faith controlled persons, as well as the forms of their implementation are analyzed. Measures are proposed to improve the legislation on the application of incentive measures to good faith of controlled persons. |
