| The article analyzes the legal nature of the institution of all-Russian voting in comparison with the institutions of elections and referendums in the system of the branch of constitutional law. Based on the establishment of the general features of these institutions, the allocation of the election, referendum and all-Russian voting sub-sectors in the system of constitutional law is justified, taking into account the practical significance for constitutional and legal regulation. |
