The article is devoted to investigates the impact of digitalization on quality of labor relations. Labour relations and digitalization are inseparable concepts now, as are everything that the Fourth Industrial Revolution brings to us. The process of digitization labour relations at the legislative level has passed a number of stages of development, there is already a sufficiently developed legal framework. A great work has been done to establish digital labour relations. However, digital formalization reduces the quality of interaction between an employee and an employer, reduces the level of attention to the employee as a person, leads to deprivation of needs. The time to establish rather than expand normative boundaries has come, so that against a planetary change of stages of civilizational development we do not lose the human.
