| The article is devoted to the dogmatic analysis of the construction of the investment partnership agreement. The author comes to the conclusion that this term refers to a complex agreement borrowed from foreign jurisdictions and mechanically combining the features of a limited partnership, an economic partnership, a limited liability company and a simple partnership. This innovation, alien to the Russian legal tradition, turned out to be unviable for the purposes declared by the legislator. |
