In this article, along with the traditional elements of proof - the collection, verification and evaluation of evidence - a relatively new element of the proof process is proposed - the presentation of evidence in court. The author has identified a number of means associated with this representation: written evidence, speech activity, phonograms, diagrams, graphics, photo, audio, video recordings, the use of which expresses the forensic tactics of judicial investigation and largely ensures the adoption of a reasoned criminal procedural decision.
