The article is devoted to current issues of bringing an arbitration manager to administrative liability under parts 3 and3.1. Article 14.13. Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses for failure to comply with the requirements established by the Federal Law of October 26, 2002 № 127-FZ «On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)». Modern legislative regulation in the field of bringing an arbitration manager to administrative liability, as well as law enforcement practice, is analyzed. The most common mistakes made by insolvency practitioners during bankruptcy proceedings are considered.
