The aim is to study the crystallization of axiological dominants in fictional discourse, to consider the semantic content of the concept. It is considered as a set of meanings representing an important axiological category in the unity of interrelations. The authors compiled a frequency dictionary, identified the basic concepts of R. Bach?s novel «The bridge across forever: a lovestory». The processes of crystallization of the concept flight are presented, the features of contextual and intertextual interaction and mutual influence are demonstrated. Crystallization is defined as a universal technique for understanding concepts and meanings, the process of gradually increasing the semantic content of keywords, and the “outgrowth” of meanings and contents into meanings under the influence of context. As a result of crystallization, the concept appears as a synergistic phenomenon, understood as a complex and ambiguous structure. The result of interaction is the emergence of new properties.
