Over the past decade, the integration of new computer systems and information technologies has been rapidly taking place, both in the activities of the state and state bodies, and in various spheres of society. The development and implementation of high technologies and the process of informatization in various spheres of society's activities allows, today, to radically improve the standard of living of the population. In view of this, the use of high technologies in medical activities, including the provision of medical care using telemedicine, is becoming particularly relevant. It is worth noting that European countries have extensive experience in the application of telemedicine, while Russia is still in the initial stage of creating and implementing such information technologies in healthcare. The purpose of this article is to consider the current problematic issues of legal regulation of telemedicine in Russia.
