The article explains the nature and types of non-judicial ways to protect rights of the controlled businessmen, organizations and individuals involved in the sphere of the State control and supervision. The author considers these types as the aggregate of legal norms dealing with non-judicial ways to restore the violated rights of the businessmen, organizations and individuals, ways to cover the damage they had and to punish of perpetrators. The author identifies the following ways: administrative appeal, protection by the prosecution authorities, protection by the human rights ombudsmen, protection by the business ombudsmen, public protection, contractual protection.
