| The genre of a law-suit thriller can be studied according to contemporary linguistic theories. In this paper, the text of a law-suit thriller is considered as a complex genre of speech incorporating a number of simple genres related to court trial. Thus, the language of the text can be viewed as a factor that determines the specific features of the genre in question. |
