Abstract
In this article are results of investigations of spectroscopic characteristics and of atom structure of calciumniobium gallium garnet with Er3+ (CNGG:Er) with different concentration lead. The crystal chemical formulas of crystals CNGG and CNGG:Er are determine. The decreasing of crystal cell of CNGG:Er when increasing of concentration of Er3+ ions is discovers.
