| The concept of «law nihilism» is examined in the context of political and cultural specificity of Russia; the reasons and factors of its consolidation in mass consciousness, national features of the phenomenon; forms of its manifestation at various levels of existence are revealed. The problem of incompatibility (in terms of values) of the ideas of civil society and law nihilism as a mental characteristic is analysed. A set of measures on the part of the authorities to combat this phenomenon is considered. |
