| The spectroscopic study results have been given of molecular oxidation of a water-lipid substrate in the presence of copper complexes with ?-alanine. The competitive character of hydroperoxide formation and decay has been determined. The complexes are assumed to participate in reactions of hydroperoxide chain formation and decay. |
