| The article deals with various approaches to Brecht's heritage in Russian and Tatar theaters of Kazan. In Russian theater, Brecht's creative principles dictate overcoming of psychological theater thus contributing to the formation of new principles of «alienation», whereas in Tatar theatre his heritage is looked upon in the light of ethic traditions characteristic of Tatar oral art. |
