| Formation and functioning of compound prefixes is one of the active processes in the field of word-building. Ambiguous nature of compound units of language word-building level causes certain difficulties in their interpretation. Verbs with morpheme complex obez-(obes-) reflect the stages of new compound prefix formation, which gave rise to the whole class of new lexemes of different parts of speech and led to the new word-building patterns in the language. This testifies to the development of the word-building system in the Russian language. |
