Dynamic behavior of a qubit in a strong variable electromagnetic field has been studied. It has been shown, that a
biharmonic signal can substantially affect the rate of Landau-Zener transitions, the intersection of quasienergy levels
and the nature of multiphoton transitions. It has been found that the interference pattern for populations of excited
states of the qubit is sensitive to the parameters of the signal. These effects can be used for calibration of picosecond
pulses. |
