Abstract
A method is considered to describe fluid movement in a virtual ring channel-trough in a centrifugal force field and a field of gravity. An existence theorem has been proved of a moving (mobile) basis of linearly independent vectors representing a vector-function which describes fluid phase states in the moving frame of reference.
