| Cost reduction on avalanche distribution of data in dynamic networks (networks with unstable links and as a result with dynamic topology) is considered through the use of the percolation avalanche mechanism. A relation between percolation thresholds in classical ( static) and dynamic cases has been found using an integral static characteristic, the mean probability of links activity. |
