Abstract
We compare some performance characteristics achieved by four domestic cluster supercomputers when solving the problem of simulation of electron beam interaction with plasma. The model is based on the Particle-in-Cell method. The results of this comparison clearly show that the most important cluster performance indicator for real physical problems is the RAM access speed.
