Abstract
A new classification of research object models is proposed which is based on possible partial computability of functionals and on the concept of model controllability introduced by us. A new information algorithmic model of a parallel global search process is proposed which includes a possibility to work with all kinds of research object models in the classification framework. A general scheme of the global search process is described along with its informational support, which includes the processing of search information and optimization data for fully and partially informational compatible optimal choice problem statements.
