Abstract
The article presents the main elements of the methodology for economic justification of promotion of commercial bank loan products. The methodology is based on the economic-mathematical model of dynamic regulation of the credit portfolio set out in the form of a quadratic programming problem with stochastic parameters. Based on the experience of methodology implementation, the author makes some recommendations on forming an innovative system of marketing communications for a commercial bank using the proposed methods.
