| The authors consider market infrastructure as a functionally homogeneous system including economy's material infrastructure and institutions. From this point of view, it is concluded that the state must conduct a coherent infrastructure policy and that the unilateral increase in investment in the real sector of the economy is insufficient for its modernization. |
