Abstract
We consider the characteristic features of the technology for managing the process of implementing the innovative model of the «school-university» integration complex based on the participative style and matrix structure for managing innovative processes in the educational system. The technological algorithm of implementing the innovative model of the «school-university» integration complex is presented.
