| The main approaches to the relationship of the categories of the form and content of law in the Soviet and modern Russian legal literature are considered. The author's interpretation of the form of law is proposed based on the assumption that it is a derivative of the essence of law and the law content. Possible varieties of the forms of law are shown when implementing such an approach. |
