This paper is aimed at revealing the epistemological meaning of the concept «mentality». Based on our research, we argue that in the theory of knowledge, the concept of «mentality» may be used to denote the structure of the interaction of the natural and the cultural in man, representing a kind of matrix that underlies man's spiritual world. This position is justified by identifying the interrelation of such quasisubjects of cognition as «spirituality», «converted form», and «paradigm». |
