Abstract
The effect of seroconversion on changes in HCV was studied in intra-host HVR1 variants of 8 patients. Diversity of the viral population, the frequencies of amino acid substitution and influence of the positive selective pressure have been evaluated. We have used autologous HVR1 peptides for detecting specific anti-HVR1 IgG response in 8 patients.
