Nasopharyngeal microflora in a group of 113 military recruits has been studied. Associations of bacteria including normal microflora and opportunistic pathogens were revealed. Intercommunication between bacteria in the microbiocenosis and their ability to form biofilms were investigated. It is shown that both normal microflora and, to a greater extent, bacteria with distinct pathogenicity factors were able to form biofilms. |
