| Changes in the abundance of symbiotic microorganism communities in the large intestine of healthy and sick persons in various age groups were studied by means of rank distributions. The analysis of rank distributions was carried out using the method of piecewise-linear regression. It was shown that in sick persons the demarcation number of the abundance of symbiotic microorganism communities in the large intestine was always less than in healthy persons. |
