| We have studied the effect of alkylhydroxybenzenes (AHB) on rosette-forming and adhesion properties of lymphocytes and phagocytic activity of neutrophils in vitro . Physiological and cytotoxic concentrations of AHB were determined in their action on human lymphocytes and sheep erythrocytes. Multidirectional nature of AHB effect on separate populations of T-lymphocytes was demonstrated. A marked stimulating effect of AHB on phagocytic activity of neutrophils was revealed. |
