Abstract
MAGEA1-6, SSX1,2,4, XAGE1, NY-ESO-1, MAGEC1 mRNAs detection rate was investigated in peripheral blood and solid lesions of patients with uterine myoma. It was demonstrated that 86.4% of tumor lesions and 49.1% of blood samples of patients with uterine myoma expressed at least one of these mRNAs. The MAGEA1-6, XAGE1 and SSX1,2,4 mRNAs were most commonly observed.
