Abstract
A technique for detection and quantitative comparison of splicing variants of human Fas mRNA has been developed. The detection of splicing variants is based on the classical RT-PCR method. Quantitative comparison between mRNA Fas and mRNA Fas?exo6 was performed using real-time PCR in one tube.
