The expression profiles of genes encoding molecules CD25 (IL-2R?), CD38, CD95 (Fas), CD122 (IL-2R?) and CD132 (IL-2R?) were investigated in cell lines COLO 205, HCT116, HCT15, SW-620, T84, CaCo-2. The heterogeneity of CD38 and CD95 genes expression and the absence of CD25 mRNA were observed in cells. The study of CD25, CD38 and CD95 genes epigenetic regulation has shown that only in CD25 gene the methylation of regulatory elements is in strict conformity with the gene silence in tumor cells. |
