A comparative analysis has been carried out of serum levels of total and oligomeric fractions of soluble molecules CD25, CD38, CD95, total fractions of soluble molecules CD8, HLA class 1, HLA-DR and soluble complex HLA-1-CD8 in blood serum of 22 children aged from 3 to 17 years with primary B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia. An increase of serum levels has been found of total and oligomeric fractions of soluble molecules CD25, CD38, CD95 and HLA-DR and soluble complex HLA-I-CD8. In most cases these increased serum levels of soluble differentiation molecules have been normalized after polychemotherapy of the patients.
