| A new mechanism of hard excitation of oscillations of a plate with slight damping in a supersonic flow is proposed. A hard excitation of oscillations is possible if the speeds close to those when the resonances of eigenfrequencies 1:1, 1:2,1:3 are realized. These speeds are sufficiently lower, than the speed of a flutter in its conventional understanding. |
