| Using one of the Klingenberg's theorems we prove the existence of non-hyperbolic solutions in the Kirchhoff's problem of motion of the rigid body in an ideal fluid as well as in the dual problem of motion of a rigid body with a fixed point with quadratic potential. The dynamical system is considered on the non-simply connected Riemannian manifold of even dimension. |
