| The mythological origins of A.S. Pushkin's poem «The Bronze Horseman» are identified. The current concept of the origin of the poem’s idea connected with a dream is rejected by the author of the article. Pushkin's transformation of the ancient myth is shown, which allows a deeper understanding of the poet's idea. |
