| We propose an innovative concept of project management, which allows the synthesis of the existing theoretical knowledge in the field of management that can be represented as a single model. A logical justification is offered of the need of a multi-criteria approach to establishing the basic parameters of the proposed concept. The general methodolo-gy of the model is described. |
