Abstract
Calculation methods, the theory and principles of optimal design of binary bearings new types are developed. In such bearing the base load takes upon oneself metal (steel, brass, bronze). High anti-friction characteristics are provided by solid lubricant, which placed in the grooves, pits, holes punching. The analysis of contact interaction mechanics for some types of known and new substantially inhomogeneous cylindrical self-lubricating binary bearings is carried out on the basis of three- dimensional mathematical models, numerical-analytical methods and finite-element technologies.
