Construction of 3D surfaces of the limiting and admitted states in the service and extreme conditions using the parameters of stress-loading, temperature-time and cyclic parameters and also parameters of defectiveness state is considered. As a basis for providing strength, resource and survivability, the requirement of non-intersection by a vector of service stress loading of a surface of the admissible states, constructed on the basis of these representations and introduction of corresponding resource factors, is assumed.
