The paper considers a novel numerically-experimental method for determining a complete set of elastic deformation characteristics of anisotropic (composite) materials. The initial data consisted of distributions of deflections in a circular plate specimen under various types of bending and a variation of contour loading points. Registration of deflection fields is done using digital speckle pattern interferometry. The values of interest are calculated during the solution process of the reverse problem by the step-by-step method of successive approximations using FEM-simulation. Results of practical applications of the approach are given.
