| The article examines the methodology of ethnosymbolism that considers the nation and nationalism as phenom- ena of the modern era, the origins of which can be traced to antiquity. The author analyzes the use of the ideal-type method to define the terms «nation» and «nationalism» and the representation of the process of nation formation in the context of «la longue dur?e». |
