| Regeneration in vitro of microshoots from vegetative buds of canna ( Canna ? hybrida Hort . ) has been induced. The optimal concentrations of cytokinin TDZ (1.24-1.91 mg/l) for active shoots formation of Canna cvs. Suevia, Dar Vostoka, Livadia have been established. The results of histological studies are presented of canna meristemoids that have developed. Rooting plants of 3 canna cultivars have been obtained. |
