| In this paper, we present the results of our investigation of the effect of erythrocyte microvesicles isolated after incubating unwashed red blood cells from healthy donors with anticoagulant for 7 days. Erythrocyte microvesicles are shown to have not only pro-aggregation, but also pronounced procoagulant action on the final stage of blood coagulation. We have also found out that Erythrocyte microvesicles enhance spontaneous aggregation of platelets and fibrin formation. |
