| A statistical procedure to estimate combined and cumulative actions of two substances by binary response data is proposed. In particular, the nonparametric regression estimation technique is applied using the Nadaraya-Watson (NW) estimation. The results of computer simulation are given for the case of acetylcholine-atropine. |
